Let me start by saying I didn't believe in Chiropractors. So, I was basically dragged here kicking and screaming against my will. I sat in the office arms crossed, bad attitude, and virtually waited for Dr. Stefanie and her husband Steve to impress me. Impress me they did! I was asked a ton of questions and for the first time since my back pain started 12 years ago, I feel heard. They were warm and welcoming and made me feel as if I was the only patient they had. They took the time to explain everything. Show me where my pain was coming from and why. Dr. quickly went to work to give me as much pain relief as she could that first day. The difference was swift, remarkable, and I was sold. I now look forward to my bi weekly visits and the progress each visit makes.

I first became a client of Dr. Stefanie's after a referral from my midwife at 30 weeks, due to a breach baby. I was so concerned, but Dr. Stefanie not only calmed my nerves, she gave me the confidence that we could turn the baby around to have the natural birth that I was dreaming of. I met with Dr. Stefanie multiple times a week and followed the regimen she gave me for home. Less then 3 weeks later, I was relieved to discover that my baby was in the downward position and I was able to have the birth I had dreamed of. I continue to see Dr. Stefanie for adjustments and my newborn has been a client of Dr. Stefanie's since she was less than 2 weeks old. I am so grateful for Dr. Stefanie and what she has done and continues to do for my family. My baby loves her weekly visits. Dr. Stefanie's work has improved my baby's latch, crying spells, and sleep. Our one year old son was dealing with chronic ear infections. In efforts to avoid ear tube surgery we found Evolve. Since our very first appointment our son has not had one single ear infection. At times when he is starting to come down with something, an adjustment clears his symptoms up right away. Not only is he more healthy and rarely gets sick, his behavior is drastically better after an adjustment. I joke and call it magic because it truly feels like it is! The icing on the cake is that my son absolutely loves going! Evolve has made such a significant positive impact on my son’s overall health, well being and development. We could not be happier that we found Evolve!! I tried to make it as concise as possible, I could have easily written 10 pages.

For the last two years of going to Evolve for our family of 7’s adjustments, Stefanie has solved almost any problems we've had and cured us of all chronic issues (migraines, slow digestion, sleep issues, back pain). She supported me during my last pregnancy and helped our youngest as an infant with her development to assist with breastfeeding, digestion, and better mobility for crawling! Stefanie (and the whole team!) are always full of warmth and enthusiasm and are willing to help. They also have their office setup for large families like ours to make sure the little ones are occupied as we each get our adjustment.
