Oftentimes, our cash visits are more affordable than insurance co-pays. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits with the chiropractor, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For these patients, chiropractic care is often cheaper and more effective than alternative pain treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery.

Medicare & Medicaid

Evolve Chiropractic is considered a “non-par” provider with Medicare, Medicare Supplemental insurance, and Medicaid. What this means is that Medicare and Medicaid will not be directly reimbursing our office for your care. Therefore, we are allowed to see Medicare/Medicaid patients, but patients will need to pay us at time of service. We are happy to provide an itemized statement for you to submit to Medicare/Medicaid for potential reimbursement.
